The malty Assam base is robust enough to stand up to milk, and the rose petals add a delicate floral sweetness without being overpowering. I've been enjoying it as my morning wake-up, and it steeps a beautiful golden-amber color.

I was worried the rose would taste like perfume, but it's more like a soft floral finish behind the malt. It's become my default morning cup, especially on days I need something a little gentler than straight Assam.
